Sony Ericsson is going to introduce its latest creation Xperia Mini with some high-end specs that include a powerful 1GHz Snapdragon processor and new Android 2.3. version. This beautiful and compact device is going to sport a Reality display along with Bravia Engine. It has a 3 inch scratch-resistant screen and a highly capable 5-megapixels camera. HTC ChaCha
The new Facebook phone HTC ChaCha sports a 2.6-inch landscape touchscreen and a full QWERTY keyboard.
